 Group Dynamics | An Interpersonal Lens 

Coming March 2024 

The key skill for group facilitators lies in comprehending and navigating group dynamics. While many can deliver information or guide exercises, advanced facilitators excel at tuning into the underlying group dynamics for potent healing and transformation.

Throughout this course, you will learn to identify, understand, and effectively utilize group dynamics for transformation. Additionally, you’ll develop skills to address challenging group dynamics and create interventions that enhance safety, cohesion, and connection.

Carrie Haynes M.Ed., LPC

Carrie Haynes is a licensed professional counselor, founder of the Art of Groups and host of The Art of Groups podcast. She’s passionate about group work and dedicated to supporting therapists and healing guides in facilitating transformational group experiences. Based in Fort Collins, she lives with her partner and two young children. Carrie strongly believes in the transformative power of groups to bring positive change to the world.

Kylin Lee, Ph.D. 

Kylin is a licensed psychologist based in Austin, TX. She graduated with her Master’s in Educational Psychology, and then her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2010. She received amazing group therapy training at Colorado State University and has been facilitating interpersonal process groups, as well as training graduate students and early career therapists in group therapy for 10 years in a university setting. She lives in Austin with her partner and two young children.
